Mid Morning Snack:

1 orange or apple or 1 cup of green tea + 2 to 3 multigrain biscuits

Lunch:

150 gms of brown rice or whole wheat chapattis + 150 gms of skinless chicken breast / fish + 1 bowl of mixed vegetables+ green chutney+ salad

Mid afternoon snack:

1 fruit or green tea or sprouts salad + few nuts

Evening:

1 fruit + 1 cup of low fat yoghurt or 1 cup of low fat milk with 1 scoop of whey protein or whole wheat bread 3 egg whites/ steamed chicken sandwich.

Dinner:

1 small fish or 100 gms of skinless/ lean chicken + stir fried veggies with baked potato + 1 cup of brown rice/ whole wheat chappati 

Bed time:

1 cup of skimmed milk with nuts

It is important to note that the diet plan and the caloric requirement, and the portion size differ from person to person depending on their age, gender and body weight. The diet will also vary with the timing of the workout schedule.

Now I realize that While Exploring new Places and Doing Industrial [[Internship]] in [[Sepang]] Goldcoast,[[Malaysia]] for 6 months(Mandatory),India for 2 months(due to [[health]] problems and [[climate]] of working doesn't fit/exist to me)-In big countries/In everyone's life ,such small small things and obstacles... keep happening!! BOSS(Bollywood Movie 2013):-After watched it, I feel like It's completely paisa vasool masaleedaar entertainment movie..Hmm. Plus points-Akshay Kumar and Ronit Roy’s acting,some funny sequences,energetic music,brilliant dialogues, the action set-pieces like South Indian Movie..as well as some few weak points are there..STAR POWER=Akki...The boss is always right!

Expression after Recovery of Jaundice

Before the time of 2 months I was suffering from Jaundice having 1.9 Total Bilirubin Level being reported from Blood Test.This type of disease has not been occured in my life since before(First time).It has been also stated that during the time of 11am-13pm(After Lunch) and walking immediately without rest is the reason of vomiting.Then,I have been gone to checked up at OM HOSPITAL atleast 3-4 times according to Doctor Ajay Pathak's advice and suggestions.All these stuffs and activities didn't work more,and I thought this was not recovery and cure soon.According to Grapevine(Words of mouth from People talking about AYURVEDIC TREATMENT),I refered and went to PIUS Ayurvedic Centre located at Mahabuddha,Kathmandu for further treatment.These Centre is well known/famous/awarded from early times.An Ayurvedic Specialist recommended and gave me Ayurvedic Medicine frequently for 3 times about 1 month.I took that medicine regularly as per prescription.Within half of month,intake of those medicine really help and recover me.Today dated as 31 August 2013 I am so glad after a specialist says that Now you are free to eat whatever you consume/eat fresh and healthy diet except oil products and fatty substances.Again he gave related Ayurvedic Medicine for 5 days more.and then I can easily consume whatever food products but I should be in balanced process.So I conclude that This disease JAUNDICE won't occur to me and other people for next time.It's actually hard to recover soon and maybe chance to happen in next time if it occured previously to anyone.We should be aware from pollutants and BE FRESH and ACTIVE for that activities.Eventually God Bless us.

Producer:  The person who invests in films. The money that a Producer invests in making a film is called the “Budget”. It includes everything from remuneration of the actors, technicians and other crew members to transportation and other costs. Apart from this, once a film is complete, it has to be marketed and that calls for “PA (Promotion & Advertisement)” expenses.

Distributor: The Distributor forms the most vital link in this money chain by acting as a medium between Producers and Theatres. The Producer has to deal out their film to the All India Distributors. The price at which the producer sells his film to the distributors is termed as “Theatrical Rights”. The producer can either directly sell the Theatrical Rights to Distributors or make a contract with any Third Party which in turn has the responsibility to deal with Distributors. In that case the Producer will get his share from the third-party even before his film releases and all Profit/Loss will be incurred by third-party only. For example, Yash Raj Films distribute their films themselves, while Nadiadwala Grandson’s had a contract with EROS for Housefull 2. Indian film industry is majorly distributed in 14 circuits and each have its distributors to represent them :- Mumbai, Delhi/UP, East Punjab, CI (Central India), CP Berar (Central Provinces), Rajasthan, Bihar, West Bengal, Nizam, Mysore, Tamil Nadu, Assam, Orissa and Kerala.

Exhibitor (Theatre): In layman terms, Exhibitor is nothing but a theatre owner. The theatres form the end of the box office model. On pre-defined agreements with the exhibitors, the distributors hire their theatres to showcase films. There are two types of theatres in India: (i) Single Screens (ii) Multiplex Chains and both have different kind of agreements with distributors. This agreement focuses mainly on “Number of Screens” and “Monetary Returns” to be paid back by theatres to Distributors. Entertainment Tax (All India average of 30% approx) is deducted from the total collections at the ticket window. This tax is enforced by individual state governments and thus differs from circuit to circuit. After taxes, a percentage of the total nett gross is paid back to the Distributors. This return is known as “Distributor Share”.

Box Office Terminology:

• 1) Cost of Film = [Budget + PA (Promotion & Advertisement) Expenses]

• 5) Net Collections = [Gross collections – Entertainment Tax]
• 6) Distributor Share is generally calculated as below:

This means 50% of the collections (after entertainment taxes) goes to the Distributor in the first week of release and so on.

Let us now go through a scenario to better understand about these terms.

Case Study – Suppose a film releases with an average ticket price of Rs 120 at Multiplex and Rs 60 at Single Screens in Week 1. 100 people visit a multiplex and single screen each. Entertainment Tax to be deducted from gross collections is same as 30%.

Entertainment Tax	0.3 * 12000 = 3600	0.3 * 6000 = 1800

Distributor Share	Fixed 4200(50% — > 0.5 * 8400 = 4200)	Between 2940 and 3780(70% — > 0.7 * 4200 = 2940 /90% — > 0.9 * 4200 = 3780)

Highlights

Multiplex v/s Single Screen: It is quite an inevitable fact that Multiplexes have been dominating the box office with every passing year; still the strength of Single Screens can’t be ignored. Single Screens may be termed as the backbone of Distributor Share for the consistent contribution they make and even today, when it comes to making/breaking big records, a film cannot bypass Single Screens.

Hit vs Flop: General norm is that the collection of a film judges how big success it is. But, this is false. In reality it is the Distributor Share which decides a film’s fate because it takes into account both the film’s cost & its box office performance. A film may be called a FLOP fare if it collects 60cr net because of its huge costs to the makers and distributors. On the contrary, another film may turn out to be HIT even if nets 40cr only due to low budget.

Footfalls – An Untold Story: While writing this article, I realized that there is a parameter which is not quite explored/considered in judging box office numbers. And that is Footfalls – i.e the number of people going to watch a film in theatre. One may figure out quickly from above facts that even if more people visit a Single Screen than a Multiplex, Multiplex always has a lead due to high ticket prices. Do you know which films are biggest hits if we consider only footfalls? By that norm, Gadar (Footfall = 4 crore) is the All Time Biggest HIT of Indian Cinema. Sholay and 3 idiots follow with footfalls in the range 3 cr and 2.75 cr respectively.

Postive result on IELTS

Last time stated/dated on 27 July 2013 what I had mentioned my bad opinions on IELTS.At that time,I blamed on myself and I think myself that I destroyed my career and upcoming life.Today I am so glad and many many thankful to MY GODS from my bottom of heart what I prayed and begged for good achievement and success about IELTS result that is being published/come out this afternoon 1.30 pm.Now,I feel that I am in state of equilibrium position(i.e.happiness/satisfaction). From my prospective,I have never thought and expected that this all stuffs/result will gonna happen to me today.Thank you so much MY GOD.God Bless me lot in coming year.

Express my weakest point of my life.

The weakest point In mY  Life refer to,what I have been found that:

I can't choose the best option among other available alternative options.I can;t make quick/rapid decisions.So that, I am always in great dilemma/doubt.

When anything has been mistaken from my side,Nobody else encourages me for further/so forth.Likewise/Resemblance to 27/07/2013 (IELTS Exam),On this day only,I am fully nervous,exhausted,out of control and being involved in vomiting,nausea,sickness,etc.at Deluxe Convention Centre,Sundhara,Kathmandu,Nepal from the morning session.Eventhough, I am 50% confident for taking IELTS,but what the shit situations and circumstances make me weird and fail to succeed for upcoming life.Actually,I lost my time,money and efforts as well as my career upliftment.May God Bless Me.Please Humbly request to you,MY LORD.Do a favor to this poor guy!

My plus 2 bench mate Dear Chetan Gurung has expired.So shocked.I can't even expect or believe on this news.How in-justice given by God to him..My eyes are full of tears and now,my heart become weak.This word 'DEATh' is uncertainity.nobody knows what's next to his/her life.His Departed soul rest in peace and heaven and hope will be get together( wonderful dude) in next incarnation!!!Much FrustratioN!!Please God bring him back in my dream...That's why I am Always afraid of dying early..Give me Power and Strength..My  33 crores LORDS!!
