hmm uh huh One thing Special research by me:From My point of views/ideas and my prospective.Today It is our 3rd Practical at my College(I.S.T):Art/style of cooking Chinese Cuisine[4 Course Menu]:-While Working At kitchen as Chef de partie.I was being related on doing activity on taking out seeds(seedless) from RED BELL PEPPER on dry condition for Chicken Hot & Sour Soup.I soaked that all RED BELL PEPPER(about 2 oz)in normal cold water..Then What Happened..I have been got Like Allergy on both hands[feel like paining/burning fire on both hands after doing that]..After sometime it was getting high paining on my both hands..My close friend Sanjiv Shrestha and Nimesh Sir(Principles of Cooking Sir) told me that immediately used oil and ice[i.e. in deep freezer]..I used that at least 4 5 times..after that Again no prevention or care from paining then I Beat my both hands as much I could.SOLUTION:ICE.OIL..BEAT....
