Basically I was being impressed/fond on several departments of the Hospitality Industry
So,Especially I was being concerned on two departments of the Hospitality Industry.i.e.Kitchen and Front Office Department.
Kitchen Department:Why do I choose this area?
My Answer:Because,I am so passionate about food and drink(gastronomy),I'm so keen/eager/enthusiasm to learn about the way and style of cooking and presenting the dish.And also hope that I will be a good chef one day like other celebrity chefs like Gordon Ramsay,Jamie Oliver,Curtis Stone and so on..Let's see what my future leads to me..Normal Chef(Respectful,Hard- Work,Patience,etc.)\
Front Office Department;
I'm so much loved to interact and knowing the guest history!what type of guest?Like High Profile as well as Normal Guy.
